One Last Thing....

At Diversified Service Group, we are the Prime Contractor.  We have spent a great deal of time over the years explaining to potential clients what the advantages are of working with a Prime Contractor on asset repair and renovation projects.  We ask each potential client just a couple of questions to get their thoughts flowing, such as: Question 1- How does your current network or provider actually provide direct jobsite supervision? (Most common answer is that they don't).  Question 2 - How much markup do you think has been added to what you are paying to your current network for them to sub the project out to another party or multiple downline parties?  (Most think little to none, but most estimates are actually 20 - 45%!)  Question 3 - If your current provider is not the actual Prime Contractor, and is likely taking 20 - 45% off the top of a work order before passing it along to a subcontractor, do you think that the quality of materials and/or labor on your renovation project is being sacrificed?  (The answer is Absolutely!)  There is a direct correlation between the amount of money that a contractor or subcontractor receives to provide materials and labor on a renovation project, and the actual quality of the installed materials and labor when the job is finished.  Why are you using a national or pass-through contracting network that is skimming quality and workmanship from your jobs?
